At UV Design, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Source Code / Templates)

Due to the nature of digital products:

- ❌ No refunds after delivery

- ❌ No cancellations once the product is shared

- ❌ No refunds for change of mind

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Services (Website / App / Design / Marketing)

Refunds for services are handled as follows:

- If work has not started → Partial refund possible

- If work has already started → No refund

- If project is completed → No refund

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of UV Design.

3. Payment Errors

If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:

- Contact us within 24 hours

- Valid cases will be refunded within 5–7 business days

4. App Store / Play Store Rejection

UV Design is not responsible for:

- Google Play policy changes

- App rejection or suspension

- AdMob or account-related issues

No refunds will be issued for these reasons.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed:

- Within 5–10 business days

- Refunded to the original payment method
