UV Design provides:

- Website Design & Development

- Mobile App Development

- Graphic Design

- Digital Marketing

- Sale of digital products such as Flutter source code, UI templates, and ready-to-publish apps

All digital products are delivered manually after payment verification.

2. Digital Product License

Unless otherwise stated:

- Products are licensed, not sold

- Resale, redistribution, or sharing is not allowed under Regular License

- Extended License allows commercial use as mentioned on the product page

Violation of license terms may result in legal action.

3. Payments

- All payments must be made in advance

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice

- GST will be applied where applicable

- We do not store payment card details

4. Delivery

- Digital products are delivered via Email or WhatsApp

- Delivery time: within 24 hours after payment verification

- No instant or public download links are provided

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, logos, and materials on UV Design are the intellectual property of UV Design and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

UV Design shall not be held liable for:

- Any indirect or incidental damages

- App rejection by Play Store / App Store

- Loss of data, revenue, or business

Clients are responsible for final testing and compliance before publishing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

- False information is provided

- Terms are violated

- Misuse of products or services is detected

8. Changes to Terms

UV Design may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
